Kitchen Aid Pasta Excellence Kit

Ok...you can do the well thing, the mixer or a food processor, but you always end up to the point where you have to roll it out and create your pasta.

 

I have one of those hand crank jobs that work but it gets old when you’re making a bunch of ravioli or want to crank out some fettuccine fast.

I have to bring out the board, spend about 10 minutes to be sure the c-clamp is on securely and as I work with it cranking away it moves and shifts , well you get the picture!

I found this Kitchen Aid attachment for my mixer that I feel is worth the investment!
