This simple and easy to make Graham Cracker Crust may be pressed into shells as is or baked before filling for cheesecake.
Graham Cracker Crust
Makes about 1 lb
Ingredients
8 oz graham cracker crumbs
2 1/2 oz granulated sugar
2 oz all purpose flour
4 oz unsalted, solid butter melted
1 tsp cinnamon
a touch of nutmeg fresh grated
Method
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl then drizzle and mix in the melted butter. Mix well.
